How do I begin? I cannot praise everyone highly enough.
My heart felt grateful goes to one and all including cleaning staff and kitchen.

All those, with whom we had any contact at all were helpful positive and thoughtful. Even the volunteers, who were so smiley and friendly made us so welcome and couldn't do enough. The care is efficient and empathetic, the rooms very comfortable, and spacious and the whole building clean, quiet and well run. The staff are a credit to their profession.

Excellent personal care able to ask questions about my mum's condition, etc and get sensitive, honest answers.
Polly especially friendly and helpful very easy to talk to, as are all staff here as a patient's son I feel very at ease knowing that my mum is receiving such good care and attention which makes a difficult time a lot easier to cope with.

Everyone here is very nice and helpful for my mum.
All nurses and staff are very kind and my mama likes them all.
